Viralterkini.id, JAKARTA — BRI Super League antara Persija melawan Persib batal digelar di Jakarta karena pertimbangan keamanan.
Semula, pertandingan dijadwalkan berlangsung di Stadion Utama Gelora Bung Karno pada 10 Mei 2026.
Operator liga kemudian memutuskan memindahkan lokasi pertandingan ke Stadion Segiri, Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur dengan waktu pelaksanaan yang sama yaitu di gelar pada Minggu,10 mei 2026.
Waktu kick-off tetap sesuai jadwal, yakni pukul 15.30 WITA.
Direktur I.League, Ferry Paulus, menyampaikan keputusan tersebut usai berkoordinasi dengan pihak keamanan.
“Pertandingan dipindahkan ke Samarinda demi menjaga situasi tetap kondusif,” ujar Ferry kepada wartawan, Selasa (6/5/2026).
Ia menjelaskan, keputusan diambil setelah mempertimbangkan agenda besar yang berlangsung di Jakarta pada periode tersebut.
“Momentum peringatan Hari Buruh dan aktivitas lain menjadi pertimbangan utama pihak keamanan,” katanya.
Ferry menambahkan, pertandingan tetap dapat dihadiri penonton dari suporter tuan rumah.
“Suporter tuan rumah diperbolehkan hadir, tetapi suporter tim tamu tidak diizinkan datang,” tegasnya.
Menurutnya, kebijakan tersebut mengikuti regulasi yang telah diterapkan pada laga sebelumnya.
Pihak liga berharap pemindahan lokasi dapat memastikan pertandingan berjalan aman dan lancar.
